Mental skills training in motorsport can be the difference between being a runner-up, or a World Champion. When the margins between drivers are only 10ths of a second, it is often the driver who is mentally tougher than will come out on top. Pro Performance mental skills training aims to equip the driver with the tools to achieve their potential, and deal with stressful situations in a positive way.
After an initial psychological profile, and gaining an understanding of where the driver feels they need to improve, Pro Performance will work on some/all of the following key mental skill areas:

• Anxiety and Worry Management
• Confidence
• Mental Imagery / Visualisation
• Goal Setting
• Motivation
• Reaction Time / Spatial Awareness / Decision Making
• Relaxation Techniques
Performed in one-to-one sessions either in our private consulting rooms, or via telephone or internet, each 60-minute session will build confidence and help a driver prepare for their next competition.
